How to add logo to Twenty Eleven theme

  I’m trying to add the logo below to the title section of the twenty eleven them. here is the logo url: http://mywesthouston.files.wordpress.com/2013/09/west-houston_logo250px.png?w=250

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I checked out http://mywesthouston.com/ and I found you used a CSS image replacement technique to add the logo using this:

  }

  	margin-left: 61px;
  	margin-right:180px;
