How to Add Media

  I cannot figure out how to add media, such as a PDF, to a blog post. I read the info at http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/ but these menus or options do not appear on my screen. Help!

  Are you the admin of that blog, or just an author? Authors cannot add media.

  What browser and version are you using?

  I am the admin and have tried both IE10 and Chrome 29.xx. Is there by any chance a different login for admin and user. I set up the account and am the only poster. Thanks.

  Raincoaster, I have a lot of authors and they can post photos, only 4 or 5 cannot, does it depend on the blog.
