How to add menu buttons on blog?

  Hi, I am new to this blogging world, which is why I am having tough time with setting up my blog. I am unable to find out:
  1. how to add a menu button which can be linked to another site?
  2. how to add a menu button for a fresh page for “contact me”?

  Help for above things will really be appreciated.
