How to add menu with recomended posts

Hi,
I can’t find a plugin (or solution ) what can show posts which I suggest to everyone.
I only find most popular post plugin what show popular posts depending on post visiting rate.
But I wont to show posts what I suggest to read to everyone and that list must be statistic.
May be someone know solution? -
