How to add more button on the top line of my blog page?

I would like to ask how to add more button on the top line.
Curently there is 3 buttons: Home, About, RSS (your default for new comers) on top line of blog.
Example as my friend’s blog: http://nangchang2blog.wordpress.com/books/ she has 4buttons: Home, Book, Guestbook, AboutPlease help me! Thank you so much
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What buttons did you want to add? In your friend’s case, those tabs link to static pages she’s written.
You have only two posts, and no static pages at all.

Tags do not appear on any wordpress.com blog post unless we assign them to the posts. nguyentulink is not asking about tags. nguyentulink is in essence asking how to add static pages to her blog. The instructions for adding static pages are here > -

Great, I ve just make a new button (on head left line) named “Creat Art”, I ll care about it by post as many my work of arts as posible next time. Hope you ll give me some support comments ^o^
