How to add more users to one blog?

  We are four people who are going to contribute to the blog, but we would like to have our own user. How to make this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Admin of the blog goes to Dashboard->Users and Invites you each to become editors or authors or whatever…he will need your email to Invite you, and then you get a link to set up your own account.
