How to add multiple authors

I am trying to add multiple authors to our blog. Right now we just have 1 person set up. When I tried to add myself it told me I had to be invited. So, I invited myself. I then recieved an email with a link that led me to create a new blog. (Which I don’t want) Thinking I was all set, I went to add myself as an author – it says it doesn’t recognize my email address still! Plus, now this unwanted blog is connected to the original blog in somehow and is in my dashboard (with all the same username and password, everything)
Can someone better explain how to add authors? Also, now I need help getting rid of this second blog that is connected. Make it go away, please.

When I send an invite to myself it just asks me to set up another blog, which I already did. Now the first one I set up is in my dashboard and I still can’t set myself up as another author.

We provide support only for wordpress.com hosted blogs here and the blog linked to your name does not appear to be a wordpress.com. It appears to be a commercial blog. This may be an issue for you as wordpress.com blogs are non-commercial blogs. There are restrictions here expressed in the ToS section 2, 5th bullet that you agreed to to get a blog here namely, that a wordpress.com blog cannot be used to drive traffic to 3rd party sites. http://wordpress.com/tos/ There are also advertising restrictions expressed here http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/Prior to investing time and energy into assisting you with what may not even be a wordpress.com blog please tell us where and by whom your blog is hosted?

Our blog is bellabeauty.wordpress.com. The second blog that I don’t want is lisabella.wordpress.com. It is attached to the original, and I want it to go away.

The administrator of the second blog can delete you. If you don’t want to be deleted, you’re stuck with it on the front page of the Dashboard.
