how to add multiple posts to my menus

  I have a toolbar along the top of my page. When I get more blog posts out there, there are three sections for different categories beauty, fashion and lifestyle. I have currently posted two blog posts which I would like to go into the beauty folder, however when I click on the menus icon to edit it will only let me select one post for that menu. if someone could take a look, I would be grateful of a response!

  for future references, when I have posts I would like to go into the other folders, how to I make sure I can put them where I want them to go?

  That involves using categories on your posts along with a Custom Menu: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
