  Like having other folks link to your blog? Really can’t. The other blogs have to add in the links.

  I notice you have not placed the categories widget in your sidebar. If you use category tags on your blog posts then others can find your blog by using the category tags which are posted on the wordpress.com tag pages. This may help understanding links, your blogroll and categories
