How to Add My IGTV Widget to My Website

Hey everyone! I want to add my IGTV channel widget to my website. I have had a web designer do it. but when she tries to connect my link to the widget there is a %20 string at the end and the system says that my page is not available. Please help me because I don’t get that error when I added the Instagram widget link. Thanks.

It seems like this is for a different site than the one listed automatically in the question. Is this for ed2goblog.wordpress.com or a different site?
WordPress.com hosted sites don’t have an IGTV channel widget that I know of. I think this might be something you’re adding to a WordPress powered site on another host. If so, you’d want to see https://wordpress.org/support for this question.

It is for a different site. Thanks for catching this Darcie. It has been resolved. The site deisgner has fixed it. My IGTV icon is now working on my site. Thank you for responding.
