how to add new plugins to wordpress.com

  Hi,
  I’ve been trying to figure out how to add a translation plugin (WPML) to my WordPress site and the ‘add plugin’ option is not available to me.
  The site is on .com rather than .org, so I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to work around the issue, please?

  Although plugins as such aren’t allowed here at WordPress.com have you looked at this link:- https://en.support.wordpress.com/internationalization/google-translate-widget/

  Hi – thanks for the reply. That helps alright. It’s just hard for site visitors to find these widgets unless they go searching – pity we can’t do something more obvious to help them identify translation options
