How to add new posts under different pages(not sure this is right) in the menu?

  How to add new posts under different pages/menus? For example after HOME, I have BEAUTY and FASHION as seperate new menus/pages (Not sure which) and I as I create posts I would like to connect them to the right menu/page so if a reader clicks BEAUTY she can see all the related posts in that topic.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
