  I just bought a theme from themeforest how do I upload it to my current wordpress blog.

  Actually before anyone can tell if they have posted in the wrong forum, they would have to provide a link to their site. In this case I would not assume they are talking about a self-hosted site until that is known for sure. They obviously chose a wordpress.com site from the pulldown when creating this topic or the supportbot would have chimed in.
