How to add new theme to my website?

I had got a file full of the theme’s content and do not know how to install it to my wordpress.com’s, my domain is pose-central.com. Can someone guide me a path because I have no idea how to install it to use and apply the theme to my site currently. Thanks.

Does it relates to wordpress.ORG? because if that’s the case, can someone tell me what to do to install the custom theme that was downloaded from other sites?

We cannot add themes at wordpress.COM. We are limited to the 170+ (and growing) themes found in the dashboard under appearance > themes. Themes found on the internet are for self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.
Themes at wordpress.COM have to be modified to work within the restrictions here and to support the unique features.

To use a theme from the internet, you have to self-host a wordpress installation on a third-party hosting service such as dreamhost, bluehost, etc., install and configure the wordpress.ORG software there. If you do decide to have a WordPress.ORG install with a theme you got of the internet – you need to be extra careful that you get a theme that is well made from a reliable company – many free themes have malware in them that can damage your web site and blog – be careful out there

So I need to install .org stuff to create personal database
Then have a hosting service – so I will get a different type of dashboard, login will not be same as .com or same? and will it use memory from my pc to set unlimited space to write about things on a site?
With the theme, I heard that it can be installed through the theme page, or are they more complicated and how? I couldn’t find accurate information on this.

Also I could not install mysql and php after downloaded those files, how do I install them?

You have to hire a web host. The installation of the wordpress.ORG software is done on the web hosting servers, not on your computer. Your computer and internet connection cannot operate as a web server.

Yes. mysql along with other softwares is related with wordpress.org only. But Blehost is the best choice for a non techy like you.

If you are at Bluehost now, WordPress.com cannot help you. You need to be at WordPress.ORG for help from now on.
