How to add news automatically to wordpress.com blog?

  Hi All,

  I need to update news daily, to my wordpress.com blog. http://www.rocknhip.wordpress.com
  Now I am doing this task manually which is taking too much of time. Is there an option or free software, which updates/feed the news automatically to my blog?

  Please help me with my need.
