How to add “Next” “Previous” and/or “Home” buttons in blog?

  I’ve chosen a theme that is editable in CSS, however I am not sure how exactly to add in instructions so that once I click on a blog post, I have the option to click “Back”, or “Next” or “Home”? That’s all I’d like to add, and that will help me a great deal, that way once the blog is 10-20 pages long, you don’t have to start from the beginning to then go through pages and pages and paged to find where you were.

  I’d also love to try and get it at the top of the page as most other themes I see do.

  To recap, I want to find out what CSS code I need to add to my theme in order to have the top of each post have these options…
