How to: add page number navigation to top and/or bottom of each blog entry

I’m about to create a blog but before I do, I need to ensure my readers (who are VERY technically unsavvy) can navigate from page to page for each blog entry. Much like the bottom of this forum page does. Sample: Previous 2 3 4 ……58 Next
Can this be added and how? Thanks…

There is a You should WP Page Numbers V0.2. With this plug in you can create page number bar easily for your long posts. WP PAGE NUMBERS provides very good page number bar e.g. is here http://www.designstrom.com/corporate-brand-logo-evolution/
