how to add pages to my homepage

  I want to add more pages to my homepage, if any one click on the link it wil take them to another page,

  The step by step learn wordpress.com blogging tutorial by Staff has been linked to the bottom of your Admin page http://learn.wordpress.com

  By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
