How to add pages without appearing as link in the nav bar…

  How do I add a Page without it appearing as another link in my horizontal nav bar at the top (it’s full!) but still appearing as another page under Pages in the sidebar? Thanks for the help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Set it as a child page.

  You can also choose a theme that doesn’t have a tabbed header.
