How to add payment system on my Word Press site

Hi there,
I have opended two new accounts with Word Press: one is http://writeon.wpblog .jp/ and the other one http://www.writeonusa.com. I am planning to open on-line seminars and need to add payment sysmtem so that people can sign up and make payments.
I wonder you would offer a kind of paid service to install some applications to do this by myself, or do I have to out-source it ? I would appreciate it if you kindly forward this inquiry to an appropriate staff who knows how it works in Japan because the planned seminars will be held at http://writeon.wpblog.jp/
I don’t care he/she speaks Japanese.

It looks like those are self-hosted WordPress sites, not sites hosted here at WordPress.com.
For this, I recommend you have a look at WooCommerce:
