Where do I find the Pingback feature to enable adding ping backs?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress automatically pings any blogs or sites that you link to in your posts when you publish them, and also pings all major search engines through pingomatic. They do not ping the search engines for pages although they will ping any blogs or sites you link to in a page.
There is a “trackback” section in the post editor, but trackbacks as I understand it are only done for old legacy systems that do not accept pingbacks, which are virtually none anymore.
From the trackback’s module in the post editor:
Trackbacks are a way to notify legacy blog systems that you’ve linked to them. If you link other WordPress blogs they’ll be notified automatically using pingbacks, no other action necessary.

It is not linked to all pingservices, such as twingly, as far as I notice. For Swedish users wanting to ping to newspapper articles, twingly is the one to use. So… how do I add this to my list of pingservices?
Now I have to ping twingly manually.
