how to add Pinterest hover button on photos?

  hello,
  anybody help me add a Pinterest hover button on each photo on my blog? I only find plugins for self-hosted wordpress.org blogs… how do I do it on a wordpress.com blog?

  When anyone clicks the Pinterest share button at the end of your posts they can select which image in the post to pin.

  So there is no way to add a hover button directly on each photo?
