How to add pluggins

  Hi,

  I would like to know who to install pluggins to me blog.

  There are so many pluggins available in the web, but i have no idea on how to install it!

  We cannot use plugins at wordpress.COM. Plugins only work with self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.
