how to add plugins (3rd Party)

  please i am new to wordpress and i just opened a new blog but i cant find the plugin tab, i want to install Black Studio TinyMCE but i dont know to. i cant find it. and please how can i also install other third party plugins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  you won’t find plugins tab there.

  so how do i install those plugins e.g the black studio tinymce? what should i do?

  WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to use third party plugins for security reasons. If you had a self-hosted blog powered by WordPress.org, then you could add any plugins on your own, from the plugins tab.
  But you won’t be able to do that on your WordPress.com blog.

  so i have to get my blog hosted by either wordpress or by hostgator to be able to add those plugins?
  ok, one more question, will i be able to do adverts or use google adsense without those plugins (i.e without self-hosting my blog)?

  There are several web hosts and hostgator is one of them. Most of them provide WordPress installation scripts that you can install with mouse clicks.
  You can put your third party ads (Adsense, Chitika etc) only on self hosted blog powered by WordPress.org and NOT on WordPress.com blog.
