There are several plugins built into WordPress.com sites. You can find information on those by going here:
Note, however, that WordPress.com is unable to support third-party plugins. If you’re interested in trying out that plugin, you’re welcome to look into using the self-hosted WordPress.org application. That’s not something we can help with in these forums, but you can learn about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
