How to add Plugins to my WordPress

  Hi
  I want to know that how can i add plugins to my wordpress blog my blog url is 00ponts.wordpress.com
  i want to add some plugins but i can’t find please help

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins can’t be added to WordPress.COM blogs. They can only be added to WordPress.ORG blogs hosted elsewhere.

  Why don’t you tell us what you actually want to do instead? There are usually workarounds.

  In my case I create a blog for the non profit where I work and part of the project is create a directory of non profit organizations .

  I found a tutorial about it: http://www.wpdesigner.com/2008/03/01/how-to-use-wordpress-as-a-membership-directory

  And with your answer to ealiza77 I understood that I have to change to wordpress.org

  I will go to wordpress.org to find how to do it. Any clear suggestion is welcome. Thank you
