  how to add Plugin directory to my wordpress blog i did not find Plugin option in my blog

  In Dash Board down Appearance option is there but there is no option Plugin what should i install to add plugin option
  in my wordpress free blog. I want to add some SEO plugins to my blog

  you cannot add plugins to a WordPress.com blog. WordPress.com already has more built-in SEO than any plugins can add to an external blog. Plugins can only be added to a blog that is hosted somewhere else using WordPress.org software.
