how to add post to another page

Hi i have a page called “whats new” that i would like to update frequently with new things going on in my life and in the world but I can not figure out how to add post to that page
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The best way to do as you described is actually to create what is called a category page. With a category page, you continue to blog as normal about whatever you like but any time you blog about something happening in your life you put it in the same category (such as “news”).
The other half of this equation is that you set up a menu item for your blog which points to that “News” category, so that any time someone clicks on it, they see those “What’s New” posts all gathered in one place.
