how to add “posted in [category]”

my wordpress blog is on my personal domain, http://crazy-cordy.net and at the bottom of my posts i would like to add in the whole “posted in [category name]” but I don’t know the coding to add to my index.php file to have it show up in my posts. Can someone else me out with this?
