How to add poster for video used in Media & Text block

  I am trying to add a video in Media & Text block and found the video shows black by default. I guess if I setup a poster for it, the poster should be shown in the video is no being played. However, I am not able to find any document regarding how to set for video in Media & Text block. What I can find is for Video block only. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

  http://playground.physiosonline.com/ is not a WordPress.com site, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. If you’re working with that version of WordPress, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you’re trying to do the same thing on your WordPress.com site, https://benedict1986.wordpress.com/, you need to be on our premium plan or higher to upload video files to your media library. While you can embed videos from other sites like Youtube on the free plan, the Media & Text block can only use video files uploaded to the media library, so you’d need to upgrade to the Premium Plan to do that on your WordPress.com site.
