how to add posts to my additional pages

  I need help. I have been looking all over and I dont know what to do! I am trying to add posts to my additional pages. For example; if you look at my bigger than hip hop page. I want to be able to post to that page and not my main page. any ideas? keep in mind Im brand new here. Thanks in advance for the help.
