How to add posts to pages

I was wondering how do you add posts to a certain page? For example, if I have a recipe page, and I wanted to add my recipe post to that page without having to edit the page, how do I link it to that page?

The easiest way to do this would be to create a Category Page. Below is a step-by-step way to categorize posts and create a page for them. Basically, when you categorize your posts– for example, a Recipes category– you can create a page in your menu that includes all of the posts in that category.
