How to add posts to specific sub headings I.e books, health etc

  Hi all,

  I’m using Baskerville theme.

  Can someone please tell me how I link my blog posts to my subheadings as top above.

  The sub-headings should be available under “Categories & Tags” when publishing a blog post.
