how to add publish date to post

    How can I add a publish date to the top of an individual post?

    In my blog format, the publish date shows up automatically at the top of the post (right underneath the headline) on the main blog site:

    https://aslowlifeinthefastlane.wordpress.com/

    But the date doesn’t appear at the top of the post on the individual post link — instead, the date shows up at the bottom:

    All-Name Teams #20

    I’d prefer to have the date at the top of the post consistently.

    Hello ,
    You can Manage your themes design Customizations if your are Subscribed to a Premium or Business Plan.
    If you have the custom CSS worked out and need to enter it:

    Select Appearance > Customize > CSS from your Admin Dashboard and enter the custom CSS there.
    Please confirm if you are subscribed to the Plan , we can then get you some CSS help. Also the CSS forum would be the best place to search and get direct help.
    You need to be on the WordPress.com Premium Plan for custom CSS to save.
