How to Add Quiz Page

    Hi All,
    i’m creating Quiz file with Articulate Quizmaker application. Output files are html, swf and contents in a folder.
    i want to put these to my site and let visitors to take quiz.
    but i want to organize these files well. say i will create quizzes under Math, Physics, Chemistry categories.. How and where should i upload these to my ftp account ?
    how i can give link in my site ?
