    how can i add Rss to post directly automatic by using plugin . is thir any plugin?

    You have failed to provide the URL to the blog to which you refer. Consequently, we cannot determine if your are referring to a free wordpress.COM blog being free hosted by wordpress.COM, or if your are referring to a frree wordpress.ORG install on site you are paying for web hosting on.     There is no FTP access allowed to wordpress>COM blogs. No cannot install individual plugins into wordpress.COM blogs. Moreover wordpress.COM does not allow blogs they host to be filled with autogenerated RSS feed content as it’s the most common tool that spammers and sploggers use.
