how to add self-hosted domains for Jetpack Manage feature

  I added 3 of my self-hosted domains to WordPress.com, but now I cant add any more? I’m presented with a paid option. Am I in the wrong area or something?
  I’m logged in the WordPress.com with THIS acct I’m posting this in, which is same one I used for the 3 successful domains you see in screenshot #1
