how to add shout box in side bar

    Dear All,

    I’m free wordpress user. Sumtime if I visiting blog n found shout box in their blog.
    My question is how to add shout box feature in side bar.
    Is it possible to add that feature in free wordpress user.
    Please let me know. Thanks in advance

    i don’t believe it’s possible to add a shoutbox because it uses javascript, and that is forbidden here for security reasons.

    however, an alternative would be to set up your meebo widget to your sidebar.
