how to add sidebar to the blog on blissful blog

  hi,
  i would like to add a sidebar to my blog, i’m using blissful blog.

  I can actually do that on any page (by setting the page as Default Template instead of Full Width), but as soon as I go to “Settings—Reading” and set it as “Posts page”, the sidebar disappears.

  Is there any way to keep the sidebar on the page I’m posting to?

  Sidebar placement is theme specific. Please read the theme description to answer your own question:

  Widgets
  Blissful Blog offers a sidebar template on single page, archive, and search views, and three footer widget areas on any page. You can assign widgets to each of these areas by going to Appearance -> Widgets. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/blissful-blog/
