How to add sidebar widger

    Hi the 2nd question i have is i have this pop up message with my product ‘ You need to assign Widgets to ‘Shop Sidebar’ in Appearance > Widgets to show anything here’ how will i do that?

    My third question is when i click on the product to add to cart it pops up a message saying ‘ Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart’

    Kindly please give me a solution how i can correct these?
