  Does wordpress.com offer ssl certificates for sale? If not, how do I add a separately purchased ssl certificate to my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We do not offer or support SSL certificates for WordPress.com sites. What feature are you looking to add that requires an SSL certificate?

  My blog involves security tutorials and instructions as to how to configure information technology security tools. Given that, I need to ensure that my readers are not dealing with Man-in-the-Middle attacks. Therefore I want to have https accessibility running for the website.

  https can be enabled for accessing the admin backend of your WordPress.com site. We have instructions for doing so here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#enabling-https

  But if you are looking to require https for all viewers of the site, that is not something that you can force with WordPress.com.
