How to add "subscribe to my newsletter" section

  I send out a monthly newsletter through MailChimp and I would like to enable people to subscribe to it from my blog. MailChimp told me to copy and paste something onto my blog (a big long encoded something). Where do I put this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. The Mailchimp code does not work on WordPress.com. The only workaround I know of is the one described in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/mail-chimp-signup-form-embed-code-doesnt-work?replies=5
