how to add tag clouds or shout box?

  The tag cloud is a widget which you add to your sidebar under presentation > widgets. Drag it from the lower box up to the “sidebar” box and click save.

  Shout box will not work here because it is javascript, which is not allowed due to security concerns. What is available here is the meebo widget, which is similar.
