  hi, how to add tags, contents to the site please inform me, i am new to create a site please any one will help me

  OK! You can add a tag from the post edit screen, therefore, go to Posts > Edit in your dashboard, and click on the title of a post you wish to tag.

  You’ll be presented with the post edit screen, the same one you saw when you wrote the post. From there, on the right hand side, you can add tags to your posts.
