How to add tags to POSTIE

    I’m been battling with POSTIE all day today and I can’t get it to work. The lack of sample code and explanation of what works and what doesn’t didn’t help me to get it to the way I need it.

    I can get it to post via email. The post appears exactly how I want it to. However the TAGS aren’t working.

    I tried using the following post format

    :start

    blah blah blah
    contents here blah blah

    tags: password, policy, security, password policy, password security, authentication, choose a good password, what is a good password
    :end

    A ton of odd things happen. Sometimes when I post those tags the first 3 comes through and the others are ignored or are posted as text. Sometimes none get posted. I thought if I removed all the spaces between commas it would work. It didn’t.

    I also tried using just ONE word tags, that didn’t work. I still only got 3 working at a time. All the tags are on the same line with one comma and one space between them. I have 2 enters afterwards. I also tried hitting enter just once and that didn’t work.

    Can someone show me their code they would use where you can get multiple tags working in POSTIE?

    The free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.com blog linked to your username is devoid of content. I haven’t a clue what “POSTIE” is and you have provided no link to illuminate what you are referring to.
