How to add text over featured image – Anemone theme

How can I add a line of text in the center of the featured theme on my home page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We d not have that editing ability in any tools here. You need to use an image editor and place the text on your image first before you upload it into your site.

Thanks for responding. The image they display on the demo can’t be achieved without additional tools… (“The World’s Best Travel Destinations” in the center of the feature image at the top of the page.)
