How to add text over image

    Hello,
    I’m a novice of WordPress with DiviBuilder.
    Now I am creating a website for my small business, and I have a problem.
    How can I write over an Image (without setting the image as background)?
    I have tried using CSS code, but I don’t know how it works and the result was very bad.

    (In the shortcut the white text needs to be over the image).
