How to Add the facebook like (with Counter) button to the top of my blog

  How do I add the facebook like button (with Counter) to my blog post. I have the like for my facebook page already – but am looking to add the like button for the blog itself

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That still doesn’t seem to give me a facebook like button for the Blog itself. There is the like for people to like my facebook page and there is a WordPress like button. I wanted to add the facebook like button to the top of my page with a counter showing how many facebook likes my Blog has.
