How to add the social bookmarking tag to my blog?

I am struggling to include the codes of social bookmarking sites (ex: del.icio.us) to my wordpress blog. Could you assist me to include those?

If you want to include the little icons at the end of each entry, here’s a AutoHotKey script to do it. Be sure to read all the comments as I’ve helped others through various problems (even though it’s not my entry), including hosting the script myself.

btw, it is futile to post the code that addthis provides under each post. you must modify it for the reader to be able to bookmark a blog post, and not the whole blog.the link contains both the original and modified code. see for yourself what they do!
