  I have a theme that I purchased and there’s no option to upload it. Do I need to pay for the premium service to upload a theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com does not allow users to upload themes. You have access to the free and paid themes offered by WordPress.com.

  The theme you purchased was designed to be used with a self-hosted WordPress site (WordPress.org).
